CBC is competency Based curriculum which focuses on what the learner is able to do with the knowledge, understanding and skills attained in the course of study and not just recollection of learnt knowledge. To me this is the way to go because the wold is looking for people who can come up with new solutions to a troubled world, and if we can produce such a person through the CBC then we teachers can call ourselves successful in our calling of making the world a better place and fulfill God's desire in Proverbs 22:6 "train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it"

I concur with this submission. By emphasizing what learners can do with their knowledge rather than simply what they can recall, CBC cultivates critical thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving skills, all of which are essential in addressing today’s complex global challenges. As teachers, embracing CBC means that we’re not only imparting skills but also empowering a generation that will contribute to society in transformative ways.
